Mandate
Rwanda Forensic Institute is mandated to provide forensic science services and scientific analysis of evidence in support of justice administration and other lawful institutional needs. RFI contributes to credible justice processes, public confidence in scientific evidence, institutional strengthening, and the development of forensic science capacity in Rwanda and beyond.
